Easter 2015

Holidays are a big part of my life! I love to decorate and celebrate every Holiday! This year my mothers side of the family (The Parkers) threw our annual Easter party.

My mother and I created this fun invitation and assigned each family member a food assignment.

 

 

I assigned myself beverages! I had to come up with two different types of drinks because not everyone drinks alcohol. My first beverage was for the adults and I decided to make a

 Strawberry Lime Moscato Punch

5 mins to make • Serves 8                                              

Produce

1	Lime
1 cup	Strawberries

Canned Goods

1 can

Limeade concentrate, frozen

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 1/2 liter

Moscato wine

Other

2 Liter 7 Up Instructions place 1 cup of diced strawberries and ¼ cup of limeade in a blender and puree run through a strainer to remove most of the seeds pour into a pitcher add remaining limeade and moscato into the pitcher garnish with strawberry and lime slices chill in fridge when ready to serve top each glass with 7 Up The 7UP makes it quite foamy Found both drink recipes on Pinterest   My second drink was for the kids!  A pineapple lemonade punch!   Baking & Spices 2 cups Countrytime lemonade mix Drinks 1 (64oz) bottle Pineapple juice Frozen 1 Lemon slices and ice Liquids 2 cups Water Other ¾ of a 2 Liter bottle of Sprite, chilled Super easy to make! Just toss all the ingredients in and mix!      DRINKS MAKE ME HAPPY!   I hope you all enjoyed your Easter festivities with your family and friends! Moab || Spring Break || 2015

Sean's family is from Houston, Texas and we see them about two times a year. Each year we like to plan a fun family get together. This year we went to one of our all time favorite places, MOAB! Sean and his dad Toby have been going to Moab since the beginning of time. They love bringing down the Jeeps and Land Rovers to cruise the slick red rock! If you have never been, its unreal and unlike anywhere else in the world and you must go. When I went to Australia, about 5 years ago, I was talking to a gentleman and he asked where I was from. I told him I was from the USA/Utah. And the first thing he said was, oh MOAB! That's on my bucket list to go there, it looks amazing! I told him pictures don't do justice and he must visit!
Toby and Janet rented out a house in Moab for all of us to stay in. There were 9 of us and we were quite comfortable in this cute house against the beautiful red rock of Moab!
I would definitely recommend staying here! They have a fenced in yard and are animal friendly! Here is a link to the home, the photos are a bit out dated but you can get the idea!
